1. General Information
Welcome to K-Hamburguesas. These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of our website and ordering platform. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this platform, you agree to be fully bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
By registering or logging in using a third-party service (like Google), you authorize us to collect and use your basic profile information (name and email) to create and manage your account. You are responsible for keeping your external account credentials secure.
2. Product Availability and Service
- All orders are subject to the availability of ingredients and products at the branch.
- We reserve the right to modify the menu, prices, and promotions without prior notice. However, if you have already processed a payment, the charged price will be respected.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the final delivered product.
3. Delivery Policies
Delivery service operates within a limited coverage area (authorized zip codes). By entering your address, the system will validate if you are within our operational area.
- Delivery times are estimated (approximately 30 to 45 minutes) and may vary due to external factors such as weather, traffic, or high demand.
- Shipping costs may vary by zone, with free shipping applying to orders exceeding the threshold established in current promotions.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide an exact address and a valid phone number. If the delivery driver is unable to contact the customer after 10 minutes of waiting at the address, the order will be returned to the branch and will not be refundable.
4. Payments and Billing
We accept cash on delivery and credit/debit card payments through our secure gateway Stripe. K-Hamburguesas does not store your credit card details.
If you require a tax invoice, you must request it within 3 business days after your purchase by providing your ticket number to our contact email.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products (prepared food), cancellations or returns are not accepted once the order has entered the kitchen preparation phase.
A full or partial refund (at management's discretion) will be issued only in the following verifiable cases:
- The delivered product is incorrect or differs substantially from what was ordered.
- The product was delivered in conditions unsuitable for consumption.
Any claim must be made within a maximum of 30 minutes after receiving the order.
6. Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in the company's jurisdiction of operations.
